TASTING NOTES
View: Intense dark red with ruby highlights. Aspect bright and deep.
Nose: The complexity of this wine varietal composition makes sense aromas of red and black fruits, spices such as white pepper, cloves and cardamom.
Mouth: It has an impressive entrance. Five varietals intervention brings consistent texture and volume, as well as a smooth and balanced tannins.
DESCRIPTION
2017 Benegas Don Tiburcio (Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Merlot and Petit Verdot)
VINEYARD: Finca Libertad.
GRAPES: 50% Malbec, 20% Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon 20%, 5% Petit Verdot, 5% Merlot.
AGEING: Ten months on average aged in French oak barrels second use.
PREPARATION: the different varietals are developed separately. Cold maceration. Fermentation at 25 ° C in cement basin. Post-fermentation maceration for two weeks. Budding and malolactic fermentation with indigenous yeasts naturally barrels second use.
WINE PAIRING: Ideal with grilled red meat and white meat.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-18 ° C
ALCOHOL: 15.2%
